Clifford Chance has been a supporter and sponsor of the BLC since it was founded in 1992. It is also a primary sponsor of the Central and Eastern European Moot Court competition www.europeanmootcompetition.org

It runs an annual student placement scheme enabling a number of students to work in its Warsaw office for a month during June- September. Many of these students often gain the opportunity to remain as employees with the firm.
